WHAT TO HAVE IN YOUR FIRST-AID KIT

First-Aid Kits can be as elaborate or basic as you would like. Below is a list of essential items to have in your kit.

• Sharp scissors
• Thermometer
• Antiseptic solution and scrub (eg Betadine)
• Cotton wool
• Gauze pads or swabs
• Latex gloves
• Saline solution (for irrigation/cleaning)
• Elastoplast or some other type of adhesive bandage
