WHAT TO HAVE IN YOUR FIRST-AID KIT
- First-Aid Kits can be as elaborate or basic as you would like. Below is a list of essential items to have in a basic kit.
- Stethoscope
- Thermometer
- Antiseptic solution and scrub (eg Betadine)
- Cotton wool
- Gauze pads or swabs
- Latex gloves
- Saline solution (for irrigation/cleaning)
- Elastoplast or some other type of adhesive bandage
